ATC Events Are Not Always on Fridays…

We are finally getting back to hosting in-person events and often those are NOT on Fridays. Check back here or get on our mailing list to follow projects in development through ATC.

Studio Scene Night

Join us in person at ATC for our advanced students’ scene night on December 12 at 7:30pm! We are suggesting a $5 donation for this full evening of scenes and monologues!

Fridays at The Studio (now via ZOOM)

Fridays at the Studio include The SHACK , Open Stage Nights (think "open mic" without the "mic"), scene nights, readings, and performances. Most Friday programs begin at 7:30.

OPEN STAGE/GALLERY is part of Fridays at the Studio. You never know who will be performing-- or just what they will be doing or SHARING! Monologues, songs, spoken word, magic, beatboxing, readings of new works, instrumental offerings...the offerings are as unique as the people performing. You may get to see some photography, films, weaving, even cooking (yep, recipes are shared). ANYTHING that is creative. And YOU can be one of the creatives! These evenings are informal, you are welcome to bring guests, and it's free! Next Open Stage/Gallery will be coming soon. LIKE us on Facebook (facebook.com/atcstudios) for the most up to date information!

FRIDAYS AT THE STUDIO — We continue our Friday programming with new play readings. SEE BELOW for the next offering or info where to catch our last one.

Relaunching our FREE play reading series on Zoom is MOVING ON by JJ Buechner. DEC. 5, 7:30PM (Eastern time).

The reading is directed by Martin Pfefferkorn and features ATC family members Susan McDonald, Jenn Coelho, Pamela Yachouh, Mylene Lacap, Paul Carrazzone, Barry Roy, Eliana Arias; and will be joined by the playwright himself, JJ Buechner.

The reading will be followed by a talkback with the playwright, director and cast.

Come be part of the creative process! Invite others. The evening is FREE but you must register for the Zoom link.

We are currently scheduling more readings. Please check back.

Writers, please reach out with plays/screenplays you’d like us to consider—put SUBMISSION in the subject line.

David Bellantoni’s original one-act, THE MAYOR, is one of several videos you can check out on ATC’s youtube page. (This play has been developed into a full-length and was done as a LIVE staged reading on May 17, 2023 at ATC, in preparation for NYC backers’ readings, happening soon!)

READINGS & PERFORMANCES via Zoom: Our Fridays at the Studio non-SHACK events are usually posted on the Monday of the week they are offered, but NOT every week features readings/performances.
